Aalborg Zoo 1986 - Brown Bear

The first genuine zoo I went to and hence maybe the one closest to my heart.

I'd agree with you. It was a hot day and the pit wasn't exactly nice. However, today Brown Bears at Aalborg live in a nicer exhibit. It is an enclosure by the zoo boundaries and it is actually easy to miss. It is not so big but at least it is more natural, with soil and trees and such.
