Bit hard to tell from this distance - could be either a Long-tailed or a Violet-crowned Humingbird.
 
based on its shape, this is one of the trainbearers and based on the places mentioned in your report most likely black-tailed trainbearer (Lesbia victoriae). However, it would be impossible to exclude the green-tailed trainbearer with absolute certainty from this photo alone. The tails of the two sylphs tend to be proportionally shorter compared to the body and appear broader compared to the length. Based on your report you didn't visit any place within the altitude range of the sylphs.
