I presume they're mostly graphic-based because of how tourist-heavy the visitor profile at Loro Parque is - it's a standard tourist stop on a highly tourism-orientated island - large amounts of text in Spanish (or any other one or two languages) would be of little benefit to a lot of their visitors.
