Well it's one of the worst I've seen. I've visited several times and have never seen the water level much higher than this. There were actually five flamingos in the pool on this visit (http://www.zoochat.com/1355/flamingo-pool-105590/) but that was down from about 10 in 2007. I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to replace them if they wanted to. I didn't get the chance to visit this year, but when I drove past it seemed that the whole zoo area had been renovated fairly recently so there's a chance that the flamingos are no longer there.
