Ethiopian Squirrel ID

Your squirrel is barely visible. Hopefully there's only one species in Ethiopia!
 
There basically is (one tree squirrel anyway)! It's a Gambian Sun Squirrel (Heliosciurus gambianus). :)
 
Might also be worth mentioning that the Gambian sun squirrels in Ethiopia differ in both appearance and habitat compared to those elsewhere and may well end up as a separate species. If eventually split, the Ethiopian species would be called Heliosciurus multicolor, but until then it is Heliosciurus gambianus multicolor.
 
Indeed - they're missing the stripy tail, most visibly.
