Part of the main aviary in the new Aviaries in Aalborg Zoo. The viewing area is located inside the aviary and ones a lovely panoramic view. The species living in the aviary are:

Violet plantain-eaters (Musophaga violacea)
Purple glossy starling (Lamprotornis purpureus)
White-collared yuhina (Yuhina diademata)
Red-billed quelea (Quelea quelea)
Zebra finch (Taeniopygia guttata)
Diamond dove (Geopelia cuneata)
Crested dove (Ocyphaps lophotes)

The Aviaries opened in 2004 replacing the 20 smaller aviaries from the zoo’s opening (1935).
