I think zootierliste is at least a couple of years out with this one - it was still alive at the end of 2013.

Yes, I've checked in my Bird Atlas too and its pretty much the same data. I think they had crashed as a breeding species in the South East by the 1960's though, with only these sporadic isolated records since. Its certainly bird that continues to fascinate- I'm sure I will do yet more fruitless follow-up searches after sightings.
