Hix 6 May 2015 Possibly an immature female Black-bellied Sunbird, but that's going off a field guide to Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda, and Black-bellieds extend through Kenya into Ethiopia.

vogelcommando 6 May 2015 The picture in "Birds of the Horn of Africa"( Helm Field Guides ) also resembles the Black-bellied sunbird immature so I guess you shot this species.
