I believe this is what most of us know as a jungle cat (Felis chaus). I am 90% certain on this, but there is a 10% chance it is a wildcat (Felis silvestris). Perhaps Fofo has the scientific name?

Either way, it looks like Tehran Zoo has a really good collection of native wildlife.
