In the 1980s and perhaps longer they kept Sable Antelopes with the Rhinos, in this very exhibit probably, and they can be agressive too if they feel threatened.
I have never been there but fondly recall a TV show that I watched as a child sometime in the 1980s about Givskud Zoo on Icelandic television. It was presumably produced by the Danish television, maybe on the occasion of the zoo's 20th anniversary (1989?)
The exhibit is a huge savannah also featuring various antelope species. I would love to show you a photo of it but due to the recent photo-purging on ZooChat I cannot.
