@dean, I do not blame anyone for commenting or not commenting on the photos, but I found it funny that a rat-photo got more attention than e.g. and indri

When I posted my photos from Kuwait Zoo for a long time the most viewed photo was of the public toilets. It's still the third most viewed picture, and the one with the most comments.
@Hix
I suppose the mundane is something every one can relate to Rats or Loos, @lintworm I must say if i woke up and found rats had eaten my shoes I'd be climbing the walls. One of the few things I hate is the rat. oh and blow up balloons

I would have died Chlidonias and every one within a mile radius would have heard my reaction. Bet they don't tell you that in lonely planet or rough guides
"Borneo land of wonder and beauty, possibility of being eaten alive by rats, don't get drunk, faint or sleep"
today the poison arrived, so maybe next week a photo of dead rats
Today was again a very good day with 2 sightings of ruffed lemurs, vasa parrot, 2 Brookesia species and the highlight a very photogenic Paroedura masobe (you will have to google that one )
well done on the Paroedura lintworm according to google it's on the IUCN red list as endangered due to fragmentation of habitat and is rather hard to find, looks a nice little reptile too.
