A young southern bamboo lemur in the bamboo swamp in the Nahampoana Reserve. Sorry about the poo picture quality but these guys were very shy and hard to photograph.
The Nahampoana Reserve is located just north of Fort Dauphin on the southeast coast of Madagascar. This reserve offers tourists and travelers a rare chance to see and get close-up with six different species of lemurs and other wildlife.
