Female thick-billed weaver

Could someone please confirm if this is in fact a streaky seedeater?

Taken from the camp I stayed in, near Arusha and Mt Meru, Tanzania

Looking into it more, I'm doubting my initial ID of streaky seedeater and thinking that it could maybe be a female thick-billed weaver/grosbeak weaver (Amblyospiza albifrons)

99% streaky seedeater 1% female thick-billed weaver

I prefer it if you called grosbeak/thick-billed weaver just thick-billed weaver

I suspected it wasn't a streaky seedeater because my guide pointed out some definite streaky seedeaters which looked a bit different to this one.
Thanks for the ID confirmation.:)
