Photo taken on the 26th December 2011.
What species lives in the center exhibit? Something that can't climb fences hopefully.

At the time of my visit:

Arabian hare
Grey francolin
Philby’s partridge
Stone curlew
Chestnut-bellied sandgrouse
Red-vented bulbul
Ruppell’s weaver
Lesser flamingo
Macqueen’s [houbara] bustard
Schmidtz’s caracal
Indian grey mongoose
Sand cat
Laughing dove
Tristram’s grackle
Red-wattled plover
Bruce’s green pigeon
Black-winged stilt
Indian silverbill
White-cheeked bulbul
[Juvenile] Eurasian oystercatcher
[Black-tailed?] Godwit
Common redshank
Dusky turtle dove

There may have been a couple of unlabelled/unidentified birds. I'd need to check through my photos to tell you.

Just noticed what I'd written. Obviously the caracal, sand cat and mongoose are kept separate - in the enclosures visible on the right.

Otherwise it could have made this unique enclosure even more special!

Just wondering, are those windows on the ceiling or artificial lights? Needless to say, I find this wildlife center generally admirable! :)
