Mongolia mammal 1

Hi folks. A friend went to Mongolia recently and can\'t identify some of the animals in the pics he took so I volunteered your services. Any ideas what species this is?

Well, these are certainly some form of pika (Ochotona spp) - currently trying to work out which, as there are a number of Mongolian species and some are little-photographed or studied, so there aren't many source images.

loads of the pikas can't be identified from photos (i.e. you need cranial measurements, locality, etc)

We will just call it a pika then. Cheers!
