Unfortunately there are around 1500 species of starfish and it's unlikely anyone can recognise them all, particularly without having them in hand and only seeing the aboral side. If they weren't labelled, it's very possible the aquarium don't know what they are either!
After a bit of googling, the best I can suggest is it might be Pentaceraster mammillatus, which is a Red Sea/Indian Ocean species.
