tiger top stingray

I'd say Gymnothorax melatremus

Err . . . some confusion here. That's a little yellow moray eel (possibly the one in a different image).
This is a freshwater stingray, probably from the genus Potamotrygon, but I can't name the species.

Perhaps P. orbignyi? I'm having difficulty with this one too - especially tough as the Sea Life Centre's signs for the rays in this pool didn't seem to match the animals on display very well.

Unfortunately that was the problem I had as well and there were many species not labelled at all for instance one exhibit had 5 different species within it and yet only one label.

I did think maybe they were different variations of the same species but they all looked completely different. mind you I am thinking of going back soon to see if they have put new or better signage up

Just had a serious mind blow could this be Potamotrygon schroederi, Rosette river stingray it's just a thought
