@Astrobird The baboons are located in a section that already has lions, tigers, cougars and jaguars and so it is interesting that you mentioned that the enclosure appears to be for cats. I suppose that what keeps the baboons in captivity is that single string of hotwire along the top and perhaps another few sections at the base of the fence.
