At first I thought this was a malayan box turtle but the yellow marking on the face are different more like that of a Yunnan box turtle which I dont know if Singapore Zoo house.
It's a Vietnamese Pond Turtle (Mauremys annamensis). The zoo has an assurance colony as part of a conservation project. They are also present in the tanks near the Pygmy Hippo enclosure.
