It's a shame that a lot of the animal welfare focus is often on the ABC species, while smaller animals often have to deal with less than ideal conditions.
This chinchilla, while not a particularly good specimen, has a dirty cage, an inappropriate diet and a dust bath that's too small.
then i gonna update you that cage get clean every 2 day and the dust bath may be a little small and maybe not there can be in it and have no problem to dust bath so i will say it at the liment of how small it should be
