Sloth Bear enclosure, Mumbai Zoo

Well that's a little bizarre!

Do the animals have access to the "rock mountain" or does the fencing confine them to the lower regions of the enclosure?

I couldn't really tell if they could get onto the mountain. I sort of looked like they could only go around the bottom edge (behind the bars). The mountain is basically the shelter, and there are doors opening into a larger enclosure behind (there are a couple of other photos here). It didn't look like they could get onto the mountain from the back either, so I think it is just for show.
