@drill I think if you had visited too many other zoos, you will find that neither Richmond's snake nor its waterfowl collection are really rather that noteworthy, and the same for each of the other species you mention with the exception of the otter. What is noteworthy is their primate collection, which you made no mention of. I think that if you google both Mongolian wild horse and Przewalski's wild horse that you'll find both are the same species.

@drill their cobra collection, still, is not that superior to other collections you mention, and even those don't have the greatest cobra collections that I've seen. Barnacle geese aren't common, but not the rarest either and one species alone does not give a zoo a great collection of that group of animals (in this case, Anseriformes). Richmond has a collection far beyond guenons when it comes to primates. Denver Zoo has Mishmi takin, Bronx has Himalayan tahr, and gemsbok are common.
