Asian Brush-tailed Porcupines (Atherurus macrourus)

they do look very ratty. They are relatively small too, in comparison to crested porcupines.

There should be a tuft of quills on the end of the tail (hence the name) but the one here has lost those through some means.
 
Interesting that it's not present in western zoos, it's almost ubiquitous over here (or perhaps just in SE Asia).
