Beat me to it, Ben!

For everyone who doesnt know, the Colourbond to the side was put up when one of the monkeys tested positive for Simian Herpes, it can be very hard to view these guys, with an almost 2m garden between you and the exhibit

Also to protect the keepers from getting it the macaques are placed into a small side enclosure and the keeper has to come in with a mask and gloves.

Thank you gentlemen, once again you come to my rescue, although my notes say Black and White Colobus, but I think I just took it from the label, there was nothing in it. Also, it was 43° on that day, mid-January, my brain was frying! ;)

I think this exhibit is now home to siamangs if I remember correctly (and if the exhibit in the photo is the one I'm thinking of).

It certainly is, to the trio that used to be housed with the orangutans. They have been moved here while they introduce the new female at the zoo.

... and I might be right in thinking that siamangs were kept in this (or a similar one) exhibit in the past, circa late 70s.
