@Swampy : I really don't know, there was not signage on every enclosure. I suppose it is a golden eagle; There were at least 6 eagles like this in different enclosures.
Edit: Probably you are right, the Belgrade zoo is holder of white-tailed eagle according to the Zootierliste. The zoo also holds Steller's sea eagle. To be honest , I am not familiar with the eagles like for example with some other birds (like parrots or vultures).
