Across from the water birds is an exhibit for West African dwarf crocodile. It was empty and drained during my visit, probably a summer-and-fall-only exhibit. It is a small pond contained within high walls of simulated muddy riverbank, and is a short lower section of a much longer planted moat that separates visitors from a long dry exhibit for black rhinoceros.
