It was wandering round a shopping mall carpark in Greater Manchester. This chap spotted it and rescued it, took it home and contacted the RSPCA. I believe one of the zoo's who keep them took it in but for life of me can't recall which one - possibly Blackpool Zoo which would be the closest with a breeding program. It wasn't ringed or tagged and no zoo's or private collections had reported missing birds so bit of a mystery as to how it got there or where it came from.
