If that is what Americans commonly call shipping containers (the British English), then yes.
I don't know what the arrangements are for winter, but I imagine it isn't these.
The hallways leading built for the tiger exhibit at Hamerton are made from old shipping containters I believe, with the floor being ground-up car bumpers!
