To the left is an open-topped exhibit for Hermann's Tortoise, Ornate Uromastyx and Veiled Chameleon; the inset tank houses Rough Knob-tailed Gecko; the middle exhibit houses Frilled Lizard, Bearded Dragon and Shingleback Skink; to the right is the exhibit for Western Diamondback Rattlesnake and Gila Monster (with an inset tank for Mexican Redleg Tarantula).
These exhibits looks great, and a definite improvement over the old house. Any idea how old the house was before it was renovated?
The exhibits, separated as they are by glass partitions are similar to those in the LAIR exhibit at Los Angeles Zoo, and some other recent reptile houses in Europe and North America, I guess this is a new trend in reptile exhibitry.
