It's a shame they're not making the pool any bigger! I loved everything about Whipsnade Zoo apart from this enclosure.

See I seem to think the whole building is listed? I may be wrong but it's good they will be able to be outside all time. The rocks at the back will be viewing windows

@ajmcwhipsnade The only listed building in the zoo is the old Tecton Elephant House (near the lemurs).

Yeah I doubted myself once I posted that. They still will have use of the inside pool as well so they have two pools to use. I think the important thing is that they will be able to go outside all the time.

Seems odd to have viewing windows so far away, if the pool is still the same size. No chance it is being extended?
