enclosures for small carnivores

These appear to be re-purposed aviaries, and they are much much better than what small carnivores are normally kept in.

If you were just looking at the thumbnail you might think, "yeah those look nice" - but when you open the full photo you can see that the cages aren't only as high as the wood-and-window front but are actually very tall and airy indeed. It is easiest to see the height on the right of the photo, in the gap through the trees.

The species currently kept here are Large Indian Civet, Masked Palm Civet, Common Palm Civet, and Common Raccoon.
