For an exhibit that is fast approaching the age of 40, Gorilla Preserve is of a decent size and the troop of 6 Lowland Gorillas were very active as they were just let out of their night quarters. The problem is that the apes are essentially within a concrete bowl and there are poor sight-lines for visitors across the expanse.
