This seems to be the back of the building, possibly with service corridor and lock-up dens nearest(?). Wall of existing outdoor Chimpanzee enclosure(larger group) is on the left. New outdoor enclosure will be between the building and the hedgerow boundary. Concrete walled, not water-moated.
@Gigit I think the main indoor show area may be split into two(or three?) areas as I could also see what looked like dividing walls, but not absolutely sure.
