Not heard of collared iguana.

It's not be a member of the Iguanidae, but it seems to be quite a widely-used common name, used on Wikipedia & Arkive. What common name do you refer to Oplurus cuvieri by?

Cuvier's spiny-tailed iguana. Is it labelled as collared iguana?

I can't remember what they're signed as, sorry. Thinking about it, I suspect 'collared iguana' may be a pet trade invention, or at least perpetuated by the pet trade.

@Swampy @bongorob I'm pretty sure they are labelled as just 'Spiny-tailed Iguana'

And, to add to the mix, Zootierliste refers to them as 'Cuvier's Madagascar Swift', or just 'Madagascar Iguana'.
