From what Dr. Hankins told me, this is the only Kitti's hog nosed bat (Craseonycteris thonglongyai) on public display at any natural history museum anywhere.
As I had said in other comments, Dr. Billy Hankins is the museum's founder, and former Director, Curator of Vertrebrate Zoology, and Chief Preparator.
Dr. Hankins also told me that the Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History was interested in purchasing this animal, but he turned down their offer.
