I could completely see that as being the case. The last time I was in the Amphitheater, a circus style show with an African theme, I was uncomfortable with the seating and I believe the stairs heading up. I had friends in the show, it was not good, and used licensed Disney music. At the time I was working for Disney Creative Entertainment and was curious how they got the rights to the music. Never got a good answer and did not report it to anyone at work. Plus, I love the zoo and Disney does support them, so I wouldn't be surprised if they ok'd it for free. Don't know why I shared that, but I thought it might be interesting.
