I believe all of the animal products and parts in the display are real and come from confiscations, etc. of endangered animal parts. This is part of a display showing a variety of animal products and parts like ivory, pangolins, rhino horn, etc. with the theme that "they will only be a memory soon".
I have an old (90s) CITES poster at home somewhere that was displayed at airports - it shows a couple wearing a number of items made from animals (ivory, furs, tortoiseshell, etc.) with photos of the animals as well, and says "Don't Buy Endangered Wildlife". I think these sorts of displays are a relatively useful way of making this point.
