Selva Verde Lodge
How visable are these in the wild R.? my columbian sub species are very secrative.

This one was very visable. I saw a second as well. Selva Verde Lodge was the only location I saw this species though. The strawberry frogs on the other hand I saw on different locations and in bigger number. Despite its size, that species isn't hard to find if you're at the right spot. (It helps that poison frogs aren't nocturnal like most frogs)

@dean In Cahuita, we saw I think 25 Black-and-Green Poison dart frogs in a morning after a
a heavy shower, they jumped everywhere, even in gardens and near the road. But the next day, there was no rain, we saw only one.
