What do you mean when you say that this building is "out-of-place"? Does the style clash with the rest of the exhibits in the zoo? The structure does have a bizarre appearance, especially with that cave-like entrance. How odd!
The building is very high and like almost every building or enclosure in this zoo it has completely different style compared to the adjacent enclosures. But due to the height and strange form this one trumps them all...
I quite like a mish-mash zoo.It kind of looks like they were going for a 'skull island' feeling? I don't completely approve of that as a theming decision, but it looks pretty good as an enclosure, assuming the space was limited.
