That's an elephantfish Callorhinchus milii, which is a species of chimaera.

Then I've seen Callorhinchidae and Chimaeridae now. Are there places that have Rhinochimaeridae?

no idea on Rhinochimaeridae. I've never seen one in any form, alive or dead.

As far as I know, no species of Rhinochimaeridae have ever been kept in captivity.
