They are in Nairobi Village (not far from the entrance). When you walk under that covered breezeway (to the right/south of the gift shop) there are a series of small enclosures on the left side. The first two are larger spaces for black footed cat and fennec fox. Then there are a series of small (too small IMO) exhibits for lizards and birds. The fennec fox exhibit is easy to see from the walkway. However the black footed cat exhibit is kind of hidden around a corner to the left of it. Since it is dark and does not lead anywhere, I think a lot of people miss it.
