Arctic Fox

The white one is Tempete and the not so white one is Orage. That is Tempest and Storm, both males. Tempete has sort of a "cauliflower" ear and keepers don’t know the cause. Orage is already noticeably lighter since a friend’s picture taken 5 days before these.

The box is there because Orage was trying to get into the tree and this gives them something elevated.

Is this an older photo? I ask this because I'm sure the zoo hasn't had Arctic Foxes for at least 2 years.

Why are you so sure? They arrived in late November from Parc Safari and have been in the exhibit since at least last Thursday.

I haven't been to the zoo since late October so I had no idea the foxes had returned.

On a side note, I'm really happy that they're back because I love Arctic Foxes and it's good to have the enclosure full again.
