gentle lemur 31 Jan 2018 The taxonomy of discus is very muddled. I suspect that fishes from each stream are slightly different from discus in the neighbouring streams. However to my eyes, none of the hybridised fishes comes close to the beauty of any of the wild types.

ThylacineAlive 31 Jan 2018 Would love to see an actual wild type! The hybridizing would explain why, at aquariums where they list multiple pure species, all the fish look exactly the same.. ~Thylo
