I wonder if what “Leopard” means they will get a true African. They take the route that San Diego did and get an Amur leopard to fill in?

@pachyderm pro I wonder that as well. Personally I’d rather see them take out leopards and put in hyenas, but Amur leopards are endangered so it’s not as if using them as a stand-in is a waste.

The lion exhibit seems kinda small compared to everything else

My concern is with the Hippo exhibit, as it seems that there is virtually no land area.

@TZDugong Yeah I don't see that at all. There's more land then water.

Well then they must have a small water and land space as the exhibit looks to be about the same size as the one for the much smaller Red River Hog.

Of course it's only a masterplan so the Hippo exhibit will probably turn out different.

The hippo exhibit is too small on this plan IMO. I raised that concern at the master plan meeting so hopefully by the time construction starts they will opt for an enclosure that is more suitable for breeding.
