Whooping Cranes

Flying above Goose Island State Park
Nice! I have seen this species several times before, and I must say they are probably my favorite crane species. I am glad they are making a comeback. According to the most recent addition of The Bugle (the ICF membership magazine), there are now 100 individuals in the Canada to Texas flock.
 
This is the only crane species I haven´t seen yet. Hopefully some of them will be showed in Europe in the nearer future (otherwise, I will have to go to the USA)
 
@Joker1706 I highly doubt this species will reach Europe anytime soon! But if you go to the US to see this species, I highly recommend looking for them in the wild. A few of the reintroduction sites actually have a pretty high chance to see them if you go! :D
