No I’m pretty sure that this exhibit is unoccupied at the the moment. The Arctic Fox exhibit is just up ahead across the bridge.

I’ll ping @TZFan for a definitive answer.
 
It's the back of the Arctic Wolf exhibit. The building on the right is the Arctic Wolf house.
 
The Wolves have access to this area as well as the large exhibit, where they spend most of their time. So you may not always see them there.
 
I think, although not 100% sure, this section can be closed off to the wolves if needed. So The wolves don't always have access to it, unless it's open to them.
