birdsandbats 23 Mar 2018 I know this species is rare in the wild, but is it common in Australian zoos?
Goura 23 Mar 2018 @birdsandbats This was the first I'd seen and we certainly don't have any in collections in the west. The Australian Reptile Park is a supplier of venom for research and production of anti-venom so it's most likely they'd have all venomous species.

birdsandbats 23 Mar 2018 @Goura I saw on a TV show once that the Australian Reptile Park was the first zoo in the world to breed Dwarf King Browns. Makes sense.
