This is the old enclosure for the zoo's Sun Bears, which has been empty since they moved to a new enclosure in 2012. At the time there was talk of the empty enclosure being used for Himalayan Tahr, but more recently the plan has been for Snow Leopards. The photo above was taken in March 2018. The enclosure has been sort of screened with the bamboo fencing, but the path along the front is open for visitors.
