I'm intrigued to see that the trio of new fox exhibits at this zoo all contain little to no natural substrate; but surely there are outdoor enclosures for the foxes....
@snowleopard - All three fox exhibits are at one end or other of the building and contain a connecting outdoor yard. All three are the same size (both in and out). However, the outdoor space is the same size (meaning small) as the indoor space you see here. Also, the outdoor space has no foliage, just some bare branches, and the ground is very compact hard dirt so it may as well be cement. After seeing this AdventureLand expansion it is painfully obvious that animal welfare will never be a priority at this zoo (at least as long as the original owner is still in charge).
