The off-show exhibits are at a different location, between the yak & camel paddocks and the elephant park.
@gentle lemur I thought this after I uploaded! I guess these, were they part of the zoo, would be better called off-show enclosures.
However, the snow leopard enclosure, to which access was blocked on my visit, would surely qualify as a non-oxymoronical off-show exhibit?
